Bronxville School - AWARD WINNING
Bronxville, NY school designed by LAN Associates and Gerard Associates of Goshen, NY. Samuel Tepp Associates provided mechanical equipment including: Krueger VAV’s, Krueger GRD’s; Arrow United louvers, Arrow United life safety dampers, Kees industrial hoods as well as several areas of exposed double wall spiral ductwork. LAN Associates received an award for outstanding design from Educational Interiors for their design work on this project.

Long Island facility designed by Jacobsen & Horan Engineering P.C. of Ronkonkama, NY utilizing Thermaduct outdoor roof duct and RTS duct supports provided by Samuel Tepp Associates. The RTS roof duct supports were provided with all required wind restraints and stamped professional engineering structural calculations to complete the project.
